How To Help

You Can Help Make A Difference!

There are many ways you can support the important work that happens at Child Network. The growth and continuation of the services provided depends on the public's understanding of our mission.

Community support and education is crucial to the prevention of child abuse and neglect. By working together, we can stamp out child abuse cases within our community. We live in a time where violence permeates our society. If we want to make a substantial impact on child abuse and the negative toll it takes on our community, we have to make changes from within our communities and our society as a whole.

All services provided by Child Network are free. We receive funding from the state and federal governments to supplement the cost of operation, but it is often not enough. This means that Child Network has to rely on private donations from individuals within the community and beyond to help.

"We owe our children, the most vulnerable citizens in our society, a life free of violence and fear." -Nelson Mandela

Here's How You Can Help

Make A Monetary Contribution

Last year in our CASA program, we advocated for 82 abused and neglected children through 35 volunteers. There are many more children who could use a volunteer, but we need more staff to recruit, train, and supervise the additional volunteers and this requires additional funding.

Volunteer To Become An Advocate

400,000 children in America are still waiting for their CASA volunteer. Waiting for that one trusted adult who will stick with them until their case is resolved. Waiting because today CASA for Children can serve only 35% of the children in the foster care system.
